This Information Text has been prepared by https://dijitalortagim.com/ (“Company”), which is the “Data Controller” within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, in order to provide information about your personal data that may be obtained and processed during the execution of the activities and services offered.
Our Company shows all necessary care and attention regarding the protection of personal data.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected due to our legal obligations can be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Not limited to the above, the connection information recorded in accordance with the legislation while using our website, mobile website and social media accounts, the communication forms you fill out electronically, the forms you fill out at our workplaces, offices and representatives,

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, Personal Data Owners have the right to;
a) Learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) Request information regarding personal data if it has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws,
g) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
h) Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) Request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.
In order to exercise your rights listed above, you can send us your questions and requests within the methods and conditions explained in Article 13 of the Law titled “Application to the Data Controller”. In order to respond to the applications made, our Company may request additional information and documents to verify your identity and clarify your request. If the information and documents in question are not shared, your application may not be answered to ensure the security of your data.
